Business Hours
The working hours for banks and offices are usually from 9am to 5pm
(weekdays). The stores, especially those in shopping complexes, stay
open till around 9pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends. |

Drinking Laws
In Los Angeles the legal age for purchase and consumption of alcoholic
beverages is 21. When going to bars, nightclubs, and restaurants,
carry your identity card as the proof of age is often required and
requested at.
You find beer, wine, and liquor in supermarkets and convenience stores
in California.
Do not carry open containers of alcohol in your car or any public
area that isn't zoned for alcohol consumption. The Los Angeles police
will fine you on the spot. Dont drive under the influence of alcohol
cause you are bound to ruin your trip. |
