Built in 1911, the museum became public 1928. Situated in the remote
area in Southern California, the Henry Hungtion Liabrary is a must
see destination.it’s the place to be for the art lovers, intellectuals,
in short book lovers as well as the tourists. Some of the masterpieces
here include Thomas Lawrence's "Pinkie" (1794) and Thomas Gains "The
Blue Boy" (circa 1770). |

Aquarium of the Pacific

Take a look at the exotic marine life on land here. As you enter will
find a life size whale that hangs above you. The museum is divided
into different sections displaying different varieties of aquatic
life. The underground-glass gives you the feel of being under water
especially when you see the sea lions, Otters fishes moving around.
Besides the home of the marine it is also a research center and an
animal prevention center. |

If you are interested to know more about the man himself then this
is the place. Just approximately an hours drive from Hollywood, the
museum is an ideal tribute to Ronald Regan. It showcases the diverse
collection of the artifacts from Regan’s’ personal life as well as
the articles used by him. For those of you who wish to go to the oval
office and could not make it, there is a replica of the office constructed
there to give you the feel of the place. |

Craft & Folk Art Museum

As the name suggests the museum takes you back to your roots and displays
some of the rare collection of crafts and art. The recent Exhibit
included "Dancing in the Streets: Carnival and Festival Arts," a collection
of carnival and festival photographs and costumes from Brazil, Cuba,
Haiti, Trinidad, Belgium, Italy, Germany and the U.S. The museum’s
also has a gift shop which sells hand-made crafts from all around
the world. |
