Walk of Fame
One of the main highlights and the attractions of the Hollywood Boulevard, The Walk of Fame is where you meet world-renowned artists living or dead. Located between Gower Street and La Brea Avenue and a portion of Vine Street your favorite stars are immortalized here with their names engraved on Bronze stars that are embedded in the concrete walkway.
There were around 2,500 blank stars laid in 1960 about out of which only 2130 have been filled.
Some of the personalities that have been honored include the big screen stars as well as the TV personalities, disc jockeys, radio-jockeys. The two dogs Lassie and Rin Tin Tin also share the walkway with these stars.
You also have an option of adopting your favorite star where all you have to do is to polish the star on the first Saturday of each month. For more information call (213) 469-9880 and to be a signatory to the live ceremony of star immortalizing call up chamber of commerce.

Hollywood Wax Museum
